A security guard was on Monday morning discovered dead along a dam in Sophia, Georgetown.
The deceased has been identified as Trelon Frank, a resident of ‘E’ Field, Sophia.Squatting area.
Reports indicate that the discovery was made at approximately 09:00 hrs, when Frank’s lifeless body was found lying along the dam.
Police were subsequently summoned and they have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding his death.
An autopsy is expected to be conducted to determine how Frank met his demise.
Investigations are ongoing.
