Malteenoes Youth Programme returns August 8
Completed! The pupils from the Malteenoes Sports Club cricket academy

Meanwhile, the club closed its cricket camp after two weeks of training young students on the skills of the game on and off the field.

Each young participant was given a certificate of achievement for completion while some got special awards for their outstanding work over the two weeks.

80 graduated from the camp, and according to head coach, Quasen Nedd, these tools are just the basics, and to reach the top, one has to do it with passion and determination.

Due to the inclement, practical sessions were staged at the National Park Tarmac or indoors at the club.

Indomattie Goordial Award (Best all-rounder) – Jessica Harris
