Reports are that early on Sunday morning a cargo boat loaded with goods capsized in the vicinity of the Waini mouth in the North West District. The boat was headed to Kumaka in the Mabaruma subregion from a Water Street wharf in Georgetown. It was operated by a businesswoman whose name was given as “Nanda”.The
