deadly West Coast Berbice smash-up that claimed the lives of six persons, the survivors of the accident are said to be recovering well.
The News Room understands that Brian Goodridge and Akeem Solomon have since been discharged from the Georgetown Public Hospital and are recovering at home while the two others, identified as Glen Campbell and Fiona Massiah who had surgeries, are recovering at the hospital.
For clarity, the police had only listed three survivors from the accident but Campbell was discovered subsequently.
Massiah in a Facebook post said that there were no broken bones “only a fracture.” When contacted by the News Room, she indicated that she was not ready to speak about the accident.
“I am ok and I am recovering by the grace of God,” she said.

Meanwhile, as it relates to the investigation, Regional Commander Simon Kurleigh noted that the probe is still ongoing.
Three vehicles are reported to have collided on the Plantation Ross Public Road, West Coast Berbice in the wee hours of last Saturday.
Those killed have been identified as 28-year-old Joel Jacobs of Sophia, Georgetown; 22-year-old Jamol Lynch of Hopetown, West Coast Berbice; 23-year-old Lindon McFarlane of Belair, West Coast Berbice; 19-year-old Jashawn Saul of Belair, West Coast Berbice; Keanna Dow of Belladrum, West Coast Berbice and Gary Blair of Turkeyen.
Autopsies revealed that MacFarlane died from shock and burns, Joel Jacobs died from shock with cerebral fracture of the skull and multiple injuries while Lynch, Dow, Blair and Saul died from multiple injuries.
