In doing so, he explained that the company set out to engage with the more than 300 exhibitors individually to guarantee that their products and/or services were most appealing.

“It’s not only about printing and carrying out the out-of-home billboards, it’s the fabrication, the creativity (and) the ability to execute these projects,” Suklal said.

Once successful in this bid, Suklal believed Impressions could significantly boost companies’ image and attract more customers. He also believed that the members of the public could readily find the products/or services they need.

At the building expo, which is hosted at the National Stadium, Providence, East Bank Demerara (EBD), Impressions set up two main auditoriums- each 200 by 80 feet. There is also an executive lane of containerised booths, and several other spaces occupied by businesses and government ministries/ agencies.

Packages ranged from premium services to table spaces. And Suklal said that when companies signed up for the expo, they were contacted by Impressions for a branding package that best suited their needs.

The company also established other attractions at the National Stadium, including a ‘One Guyana’ sign and a ‘Guyana 2030’ immersive tunnel. The sign will be donated to the government at the end of the ongoing expo.
