MICHAEL ‘Mikey’ Singh, 57, of Middle Road, Vryheid’s Lust, East Coast Demerara, was, on Tuesday, charged with possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking. The accused appeared before Magistrate Rochelle Liverpool at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court where the charge was read to him. He pleaded guilty and was subsequently sentenced to six months imprisonment.
