Regional Commander Shivpersaud Bacchus Friday confirmed that police investigators are probing a suspected murder committed on a Corentyne, Berbice woman
The dead woman was only identified as ‘Sharda’ of No.54 Village.
Reports are that the woman was found by her son in the backlands of No.54 Village. She had gone missing for a brief period and relatives were in search of her when they stumbled on her lifeless body.
She left home last night.
