A post mortem done on the body of Tyrone France, 28, of 42 Stanleytown, New Amsterdam, Berbice, revealed that he died from asphyxia compounded with multiple injuries.
The PM was done by the government pathologist Dr. Vivekanand Bridgemohan and his body was identified by his brother Nolan France.
Police said that France was found on June 17, 2024, at approximately 10:30 AM in Heathburn Village, East Bank Berbice.
News Room understands that France was at a BBQ the night before he was found. He was imbibing with others. At some point an argument erupted, and he subsequently went to another location. He was found dead the next day with multiple wounds about his body.
Investigations continue. Five men remain in custody. For questioning in the case.
